At SW Fitness & Sports Therapy the aim is to help the client regain their strength and flexibility whilst impacting their health and general wellbeing. Due to the high demands we place on our bodies, whether in a sporting environment or just daily life, our bodies often need a little extra help.
The goal at SW Fitness and Sports Therapy is to help you function pain free and at your full potential.
Sometimes in life you just need a little push in the right direction to get you motivated whether you want to get in shape for summer, lose weight for a wedding or just generally feel better about yourself. Health is wealth as the saying goes!
Sessions are held in a fully equipped private facility in Westhill, where you will be training with your PT on a 1-1 basis or with a gym buddy on a 1-2 basis, if you would prefer to bring a friend along on your fitness journey. Personalised gym plans and home workouts created to suit your needs and lifestyle for weight loss, cardio fitness, muscle gain or all three! Sessions can also be held on-line. Training also includes initial fitness tests with weekly check ins and a monthly progress report with advice on nutrition and macros to help you along your way. Entry to a private members forum also included where you can meet like minded people and gain extra help to keep you focused.

Hi, my name is Sharon and I'm the owner of SW Fitness & Sports Therapy. I originally studied a BSc in Bioscience and Management but after an increasing interest in musculo-skeletal issues due to my own sporting injuries, I decided to take my studies in a different direction in the form of Sports Therapy & Fitness. With qualifications in both areas I feel I am in a good position to help people get over their injuries / muscular issues and regain their fitness.
I work with a range of clients from desk workers all the way through to professional sportsmen and women, with time served at Aberdeen Football Club and with the wrestlers at WWE Live, both at the P&J Live and The Hydro in Glasgow.
As well as doing Sports Therapy and Personal Training, I also teach classes in HIIT, Circuits, Body Conditioning and Indoor Cycling throughout the area. Anything that gets your heart rate up and your muscles working.
I do love the buzz of making people feel better and making a positive difference to their day.
